Refund and Returns Policy

Measurements

Uni Kraft accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. The responsibility lies solely on the customer for the final design approval.

Claims

Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for final inspection. Concealed damage claims (damage found after unpacking) must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. To file a claim, please send an email to info@unikraftcabinetry.com

Returns

Any returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of a product. Special Orders, Close-out items, Clearance items, Assembled cabinets, and SOLD AS IS Products may not be returned. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product must be in its original condition and packing. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 2-4 weeks and purchases made by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

Payments

The customer is required to pay in full prior to shipping direct to a residence or business. Orders picked up at any retail location requires a 50% deposit. The other 50% shall be paid at the day of pickup. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Business Check, and Cashier Check. A $50 fee will be applied for each returned check.

Lead Times

All delivery and pick up times are estimates; Uni Kraft cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that the buyer not schedule an installation until the buyer receives the product.
